When I was still a little girl, I don’t know what is Christmas. Recently, the Chinese culture has be fantastically varied. We do celebrate the special day. At least, we prepared Christmas trees, and gifts for family members. Before I had my son, I spent my Christmas Eves in my favorite restaurants. Now i need to celebrate with my husband’s family.
Besides the traditional Chinese food, I prepared a roasted turkey which is more classic and festive. And the centerpiece is the Christmas cake, decorated with Santa. The turkey makes me a little headache as I am not familiar with it. I am good at cooking traditional Chinese food. I decided to cook something different for Christmas-eve meal.

This is my entry to enter the Christmas food photography hosted by @howtostartablog. If you want to know the detail, click here. It requires accompanying photos to prove that it’s Christmas dinner.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.
