Ten years can see the changes of four seasons,
One hundred years can see the birth, old, illness and death of one’s life,
The millennium year can see the prosperity and defeat of a dynasty,
Ten thousand years can see the whole world moving around from A to Z.
If mortals use the vision of a day to snoop into the world for millions of years, it is like a frog in the bottom of the well.
Yesterday I watched “The Skywalking Nine Songs”. I watched this part over and over again. When Han Feizi faced the questions from the eternal king of his era, he uttered the truth of life. “Knowing the Spring and Autumn, Divining the Ancient, Seeing the Present, Observing Birth and Death”. I was attracted by his great thoughts.
When I was taking photos of the green leaves at the tree branches, the soft wind was whipping my cheeks. I realized that Spring has arrived, though the weather is still quite cold in Suzhou. I think Spring is the most beautiful season here.
Time is flying by and it feels unreal that I am celebrating the 5th Chinese New Year with Ethan. It is amazing to know that I have get married for about 6 years. I have learned a lot from my husband, and my love to him grows every day. He knows me so well that he could always make me laugh, and comfort me when I was crying in tough times. The most important thing is make me feel beautiful and confident everyday. I feel fully protected by MY husband. And everything will become easier with him.
This year, we started our Date Night last Wednesday as it is the last day of Spring Festival holiday. Ethan decided to take me somewhere new and try out a new restaurant. And he bought me a new bag as a present for New Year. The bag is beautiful and the date night is romantic.
BEST part is that we didn’t bring our son with us. It is SO NICE to enjoy his full attention. I think that is a good idea to keep this date without my son going! Do any of you do that?? I like to bring my son everywhere I go, but every couple needs some time to breathe.
If you love someone, you must accept every thing about him, including his favorite food. His favorite food is hotpot. I would be love to share our date night food pictures here.
We ordered a full shelf of food
Hope everyone is doing great. Workdays are going by fast! Sometimes, I need to work overnight to get everything done. I try to relax on weekend. My parents came to Suzhou for a visit. I am so fortunate to live not too far away from my parents. We could get together every month to travel or have dinner. It is great to enjoy good food and good company with my parents. The weather at Suzhou is more spring-like this month.
My mum and son. I really enjoy taking photos for them.
I used to get back to my hometown to visit my parents every month. Since I had my little son, life is getting busy. I have probably the busiest life EVER right now, and we don’t have time to visit them every month. Instead, my parents drove to Suzhou and spent time with me.
Hello Steemians, it is #thursdaygreen time for #colorchallenge. This photo was taken when I was climbing a hill in my hometown. Skiing, sledding, snowshoeing are all my dream outdoor activities during the winter season. Winter has already come to Suzhou, but there is no snow, just cold. Everyone is sharing snow photos today. I am so envy. I am dreaming to see some snowflake in winter.
All trees are green, animals are alive here in winter. Hope you would like this photo of two doves. If feel like in love when I captured this photo successfully. It will bring me good luck, and you will find the true love after seeing this photo.
Continue Reading
Yangcheng Lake, located at the northwest of Suzhou City, is well-known for its crab which has the fame as “The king of the carbs”. I wento to Yangchenghu Peninsula yesterday. It looks like a piece of shiny jade in the sun. And surprisingly, it has a wide grassland for fun. We enjoyed the natural scenery and participate in some sports there.

Remembering my last visit to Changzhou Tianning Temple this summer in #fridayblue on #colorchallenge contest.
This sky blue temple picture is taken with my Nikon D7000 camera. I found peace when standing at the foot of the temple especially that day the whether is quite good. After I took this picture, an old man said to me that it is not polite to take the pictures of the temple and Buddha. Something bad will happen when people are taking photos with the Buddha. I am scared by his words. I just enjoy taking pictures as my hobby. The whole temple looks amazing under the azure sky. So I took out my camera and captured the moment. Then I never show this picture to others.

Remembering my last visit to Nantong Wolf Mountain this summer in #mondayred on #colorchallenge contest. The Wolf Mountain is in south area of Nantong, where I was born and raised. I really admire the historic temples at the top of the mountain. And it is one of the famous eight little Buddhist Mountains.
I captured an old man climbing to the top on steep stairs holding a red plastic bag with a walking stick. That is why I named the series as “Sincerity can work Wonders”. Many young people including me choose a cable car ride, rather than hiking to the top. But this old man is trying hard to climb the stairs with his walking stick. In the red plastic bag, there are joss sticks and candles. He may be climb to the temple of the top to pray for his son or wife. It means best wishes to his family and friends.
