In this post I want to show you what I ate for approximately two weeks.
In my family, Hotpot is always highly appreciated. It is delicious, maybe somewhat unhealthy, but definitely worthy. I do not like spicy hot pot, but it is Ethan’s favorite flavor.
We have ordered lamb rolls, beef balls, pig’s brains, shrimp paste, clam and other seafood. I didn’t photograph everything, but 80%.
The roast leg of lamb is a newly served yet popular dish recently in the ShiLu Cuisine Variety Street. Their cook is from Inner Mongolia. I have visited there twice and totally fall in love with its strong and pleasant flavor.
